I have not received a validation email
The account validation email will be sent from the email@example.com email address. Ensure that you have added this email address to the safe sender list on your email client.
Please check your email inbox's junk or spam folders as these emails can sometimes be automatically filtered there.
If none of the above options resolves your issues, please contact your admin to ensure they have already sent you the validation email and used the correct email address. Alternatively, contact our support team for further help.
The validation email was not received due to an incorrect email address
Please contact your project admin who will be able to update your account with the correct address and re-send you the validation email.
"Your password is too weak" message
To ensure the security of your account, your password needs to have the following:
- minimum 8 characters
- at least one lowercase
- at least one number
The email address has already been taken
An email address cannot be used on two user accounts at the same time. If you receive a warning message stating "That email address has already been taken." during the account creation process, this means that there already is another user account linked to this email.
If you do not see an existing user account with this email address under the "Manage Users" section, please contact our support team to assist you further.
