User Levels and Abilities

Create User

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the left navigation panel 

• Click on User+ button

• Populate the Email, First name and Last name fields
• Select User Role
• Click Create to confirm the user

• The user will be sent an account validation email to activate their account

Edit User

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the navigation panel

• Find the user you want to edit
• Click on the options menu (three horizontal lines) and then the Edit button

• Here you can update the Email, First name, Last name or User Role
• Select Update button

Deactivate User

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the navigation panel

• Find the user you want to deactivate
• Click on the options menu (three horizontal lines) and then the Deactivate button

Resend Validation

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the navigation panel

• Find the user you want to resend the validation to
• Click on the options menu (three horizontal lines) and push the Resend Validation button

Reset Password

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the navigation panel

• Find the user whose password you want to reset
• Click on the options menu (three horizontal lines) and then the Reset Password button

• The user will receive an email to reset their password

Overview

• Login to your account
• Visit the Manage Users tab on the navigation panel

• Here you can see the overview of all existing accounts for your organization

1. Account name and status

2. Role

• Recorder (can record videos and propose their submission to admins)
• Admin (can do everything a Recorder can and manage users and submissions)

3. Number of uploaded videos for each account
